Creme Brulee Presentation! - cjs - 05-15-2010 While personally, I don't want anyone messing with my Classic Creme Brulee, this presentation looked so great, had to share with you all. Similar, but you sprinkle Turbinado or Demerara sugar and 'burn' it with a torch. The custard is very close to a flan.
