Sams Club alert - chef_Tab - 01-14-2011
I stopped at Sams Club on the way home from work and noticed they had the new Cuisine Lite cookbook as well as the Soups and Stews book. I already have the latter, but picked up the new Lite book. Just wanted to share the news for those of you who shop there.

The Cuisine Lite (I think I said 'Cooking' Lite earlier today, meant this one) is fantastic. Bob and I drooled from cover to cover - mostly the seafood and poultry recipes. We've picked out lots of goodies that are going on the menu SOON!
I found it at Safeway.
