What's for Dinner - Sat., 2/5?? - cjs - 02-05-2011 Are we bing good today getting ready for our glutinous Sunday??? We're using up leftovers, Trixxee's Plum chicken with some quinoa. And, play with some small loaves of bread to make a 'bowl' for a lesser portion of the artichoke dip tomorrow. For our dinner, planning on the Greek chicken roulades and orzo from Cuisine Lite. It's featured on the cover and it is wonderful! London broil, chicken on the grill along with garlic bread. Salad and baked potatoes. And I made dessert!!
