HavaBBQ Havasu City AZ 25th and 26th February - bbally - 02-06-2011
Wanted all of you to know that I will have the rig at the HavaBBQ London Bridge Style and be competing in the Salsa, Chili, Anything butt, Chicken, RIbs, Pork and Briskets divisions.
If any of you are in the area please stop by, any of you that have an interest in seeing how the contesting works I can always use some extra hands and you are welcome to come party and fix food with us.
Doing a large Paella for the Friday Chefs dinner so I will have the 54 inch paella pans down there for that.

Sounds exciting, wish I could come and eat (or help out). Wow! a 54" paella pan.
