ERROR in the Pizza, Pizza Pizza! Book - cjs - 03-19-2011 I'm sorry to have to post this, but for those who have the Pizza, Pizza, Pizza! book, on page 112 of the Specialty Pizzas, Beer & Rye Pizza Dough recipe, the amount of salt should be 1 tsp. I have seen bread recipes with the same amount of flour that have had anywhere from 1 tsp. to 1 T. of salt in the recipe. I think that most people who make their own pizza dough would probably realize that was a bit much and maybe cut it down on their own. If not, they would the next time they make it.
