Well, hell, yesterday I said that was the end of scapes for another season, they're getting too large...but, maybe I'll just cut off some tops and try this. Sounds really good.
And, it is a 'duh' moment, why didn't we think of this? I love making scallion pancakes...guess I'd better search my MasterCook for 'scallion' recipes I like to make and sub.

Glad to be of "assistance". I just wish I had some more! We love scallion pancakes and this just sounds so good.
