Lemon-Pepper Pizza dough - cjs - 07-28-2011 As I was kneading my sourdough pizza dough this a.m. I got to thinking of dessert pizza....so, divided this dough in half and added to half the dough, lemon zest and black pepper. Both halves are now rising and I can think of at least 30!! topping ideas to play with. But, blueberries are leading the pack. It smells delicious!!
