I could go for any of these recipes - labradors - 09-02-2011
THESE recipes for chicken (plus one for duck) ALL sound like winners. Not sure which I'd like to try first.

Now that I've taken a closer look at each of them, the one that's calling out to me is the Achiote-Marinated Chicken Wrapped in Banana Leaves. They all sound great, but that one is just standing out from the rest at the moment. Shall probably try it about a week from now. The others I'll intersperse with other things, over time.
