Coconut marinated chicken kebobs with Pineapple rice and Chocolaté soufflés for dessert. Both of these are from C@H and are delicious!

Well, I made green tomato soup for our international dinner group last night it was a hit, I was hoping for some leftovers...none left. Making that again today and Katsudons with rice and asparagus from Cuisine at home.

We're having babybacks and a chopped chef salad.

Marina, you are making some interesting meals lately! So, what are Katsudons? Are they from a current issue?

UMMM...nothing that interesting...i might have misspelled it...it is the japanese style pork cutlet thingie. It was in the very old issue of cuisine at home. I think it was one of those issues that they send you out when they want you to subscribe. It has a Lemon Tart on the cover of it. I have made it many times but not lately. IT is really good. If you guys cant find the issue let me know and I will copy you the recipe.
