Vanilla Cider Pork with Pears - mjkcooking - 10-02-2011

I believe Trixee brought this up - I have to say it was a wonderful recipe

I made it tonight for company - I Printed off the Recipe and then found the

Oct 04 magazine. I made this dish with the pork tenderloin - just was a good company dish - everyone liked this dish.

Thanks Trixee for the recipe. Love the Nobel Pig blog too.

I'm so glad you liked it! One of these days I am going to try it with pork - the way it's supposed to be made! I love Noble Pig too.

Is this somewhere on the forum??? I happen to have a pear, a pork tenderloin. It sounds good, but I don't have Oct. 04.

Just a quick question and I'll be back later - how ripe do the pears have to be?
