what's the name of the recipe and what issue is it. The one where you put the compound herb butter under the skin of the chicken and bake in a skillet in the oven???

No, but thanx anyway. Hubby remembered what the cover looked like and he was right. It was Pan Roasted Cornish Hens (but I'd been using leg and thigh quarters for just us two) It was Issue 45. Thanx for trying
