Okay, I see the recipe for Red Velvet Cake, but the Philadelphia Inquirer ran a recipe that used red beets in the recipe and my SIL made it and it was out of this world! A ton of calories, but super tasty.
I have this saved at work and can post it if anyone's interested.

There are a number of things I way to try. I wouldn't call it one of their best, but I'm satisfied with several of the ideas.

We are going to try the Caesar Green Beans, the Nutella cookies, Piccata Fondue, and Smoked Salmon Cheese Ball.
