Pastrami-and-Mushroom "Hot Dogs" - cjs - 01-15-2012 Oh good Lord, these are delicous!!! A Food and Wine recipe that I have no idea how long I've had - http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/pastrami-and-mushroom-hot-dogs I wanted to use the focaccia, so added the pastrami to the mushoom mixture and sliced the cheese instead of shredded.
