Wow, what a meal!!

Beef, crème fraiche, basil (will omit next time) rolled and topped with caviar
Funk Martini: 1 1/2 oz. vodka, ½ oz. Triple sec and a splash of Cranberry and Pineapple Juice.

Burrata, Fontina & Salumi Panini
Grainy deli mustard, Burrata, Fontina, Parmesan, Salumi (Capocollo, Prosciutto & Calabrese), Rye cocktail bread and drizzled with honey. Unbelievable how the honey went so well with the salty meat/cheese. wonderful.

I think I liked the 'Funk' Martini better with the caviar than I did the sparkling....which surprised the heck out of me.

Tomorrow...more opulence. Chapter II

(I'm with Bill, I like black caviar best!)

Beautiful pics Woman, but I am just not a fan of fish-y eggs!

Those panninis look great!
