Can You Guess? - cjs - 08-19-2012

A V.I.P. cook gave me a recipe long time ago for a sauce that I finally made to see if it would fit in the pantry cookbook...does it ever!! We both loved it.

So, I'm asking permission to include it in addition, here are two versios of picture for the book - and I think the recipe developer ought to be the one to choose which version -

recipe hint: includesgarlic, sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, basil.......

So, does anyone remember this one??????????????????

Sure does sound familiar. Great picture!

Isn't that one of Bill's?

Not sure who it is, but is looks delish! My kids love a version of this and have eaten it the first way most often. They like to mix the sauce and pasta together themself. And I know I use more cream and have never used capers.

Gosh this looks really yummy!

so, what are your choices for the pix to go in the book?? (you all)

Re: Can You Guess? - luvnit - 08-19-2012

Both are really great. I am partial to the first one, because that is how I would serve it.

I see capers in #1, I'm going with it!

For me, the top picture hands down. Plated like a pro, it just looks delicious. Well done Jean.
