Oh, my! - labradors - 01-03-2013 Danger, danger, warning, Will Robinson! This is a Bacon-Shell Taco. Just happened to find this photo, but there wasn't a recipe with it. A quick Google search yielded many results, but the general idea is to overlap or interweave slices of bacon around something that will act as a mould, bake it until it's crispy and holds together on its own, then fill it as you would any other taco.
