Has anyone ever smoked beef ribs? Do you pre cook? Do you smoke then finish in oven? Finish on grill?
Any help would be appreciated.

We have not done beef ribs this way, but I did have them in a restaurant and they were very good. Maybe Jean or Sharon can help.

I am going to suggest pressure cook them then finishing the grill the lag 30-40 minutes.

I think I marinated mine, then added a rub, smoked for a couple hours (I don't like heavy smoke) then grilled with sauce. I must have notes at home.
