Monday's Dinner, 2/11/13?? - cjs - 02-11-2013 What's on the menu for today for everyone? Another travel day to Carrabelle, FL = another island, so anxiuos to get there and see what's what. I made 4 of the wonderful truffle burger patties yesterday, so will use up the last two today. They were so good as a burger with Gruyere cheese. Well, after a lot of manipulation, I got photobucket to work, but what a pain. I hate the new size!!!! Re: Monday's Dinner, 2/11/13?? - luvnit - 02-11-2013 I am sure you can change the setting. Karyn, could you let us know what you think of the stuffed chicken breasts? I made it before and in my notes I wrote that it is delicious, but too much work to make. Tonight it's Cubano Chicken with mustard sauce and a hot Mango & Peppers for a side.
