That is a beauty - did not know that is what the pans are called. It's been so long since I've made paella, now you have me yearning. I used to make it a lot.

Cool pan! I saw one similar in an episode of that Bobby Flay show where he challenges a cook that specializes in a particular dish to a cook off....forget the name.

They finally used those big paelleras on this week's MasterChef España.
It was a team challenge and each of the two teams had to prepare paella for 33 guests, with one seafood paella and one meat (including rabbit) paella.
