Buffalo Chicken French Dip
C@H Sandwiches & Salads (the double book)
Makes 4

[Image: Apr26BuffaloChickenFrenchdip1_zps09123e25.jpg]

½ cup each hot sauce and low-sodium chicken broth
1 T. unsalted butter
---
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup minced celery
¼ cup crumbled bleu cheese
Juice of ½ lemon
----
4 ciabatta rolls, split, buttered
4 lettuce leaves
1 rotisserie chicken (3-4 lbs.) skin removed and meat torn into large pieces
Black pepper to taste

It says to heat the oven to 450° just to toast the buns – I didn’t do.

Heat hot sauce, broth and butter in a saucepan over medium until butter melts. Keep warm

Combine mayo, celery, blue cheese, and lemon juice in a bowl and ser aside.

Toast rolls, cut side up until crisp (I must used as is). Spread cut side of rolls with some of the celery spread. Place lettuce on bottom halves of rolls, top with chicken pieces (I just sliced a chicken breast). Season with pepper and cover wit the top portions of rolls. Serve sandwiches with dipping sauce.

I didn’t serve with sauce, I slathered the buffalo sauce (the one I made the other day) on the top bun half and served as is. We did drizzle a little more sauce over the sandwiches as we were devouring them.

Man, these are so good!!

So, now –
Buffalo Chix wing appie
Buffalo Chix pizza
Buffalo Chix sandwich

Buffalo Chix…… salad, soup, stew… ???
