What's on the menu for everyone today?
We're going to explore around Wenatchee area - so could end up anywhere.
I'm having withdrawals - miss my keyboard!

I took out a package of smoked pulled pork from the freezer. Was going to just add some BBQ sauce and make sammies, but am now thinking of making a bahn mi instead.

I think tonight is going to be pulled pork sammies, 3 bean salad, and curly fries. Hopefully! Maybe a strawberry shortcake or strawberries with balsamic and black pepper.

Last day of kiddos for me today! It's been a long few weeks since the public schools got out before Memorial Day.
We're having Greek kebabs with a Greek chopped salad and tzatziki. I picked up fresh pitas from the local Jewish bakery to serve with our dinner. I've given up on making my own pita. Theirs are soo good!

Corned Beef Brisket slowcooker in beer, baked potatoes and broccoli slaw.

Left overs! Sorry been a bit awol with my folks visiting. Had a wonderful time!!
But I have leftover lamb, pork, tuna, potatoes, asparagus, tacos. I think we'll have left overs for the next few days
