Whew the days are flying!! What's on the menu for all today??
I'm going to grill some Costco Trout - no luck getting anyone around here to catch anything...........
and not sure what sides yet.

I wish we were closer. The boys have started pawning off trout to all the neighbors. I had to put out on ultimatum : No more trout! We have just enough in the freezer to last us the summer!
Teriyaki Chicken for dinner tonight for us.

I'm trying some recipes from the latest CI--Lamb Kofte and Tunisian Grilled Vegetables. I'm not sure about how they'll taste all together, because the tastings thus far have been underwhelming.

I have 1/2 of a 1770 Meatloaf I made a few weeks back and froze. Also going to make mashed potatoes and green beans.
