Change of plans tonight for Sweet and Salty Filets with grilled corn and red onion. It's 91 degrees outside and I don't want Hubby sweating it out.
But he asked me if I could do the same thing with my grilling Lodge pan with the corn and onion and I thought about the difference between a grill's temps and a gas top stove's temps.
What's the difference?

ETA: It's a propane gas grill.
