Taco Polacos - cjs - 07-27-2013

These little hummers are fun, fast and tasty - once you have your horseradish with beets prepared.

Description: "This recipe for taco polaco is a Polish-American snack that is a take-off on Mexican tacos. The dish has been around since the 1970s and varies by region and by taste. Despite the rhyming name, polaco is the actual Spanish word for "Polish." "
I added the recipe here -

Even I liked this - and I would add a little more horseradish next time (I'll add a little more to what's left also, we're going to have this as a repeat Sundary Brunch tomorrow)

Messy, but very good tasting - lots of flavors! This is not my picture, I forgot to leave enough of the sausage showing, so you couldn't really tell what the heck it was. I'd give credit, if I knew whose it was/is/.
