What's on the menu for everyone today?
I picked up a beautiful acorn squash the other day and I have one little pkg. of sausage left in the freezer, so I think I'll add that to the squash for dinner. Travel day, so easy is good.

Okay, so I finally get some time to rest and now I'm sick. I think a day in bed and some Chicken Noodle Soup is just what the doctor would order on this cold and rainy day. I have 5 days to get well! OIY!

Seriously! This has been a stressful few weeks. I guess my body is forcing me to slow down and rest.
