Re: Fun Brunch Idea - cjs - 01-28-2014

Crap, I meant to add, "WILLIAM, DO NOT LOOK AT THIS!!!"

Re: Fun Brunch Idea - Mare749 - 01-28-2014

It could work with Canadian bacon and be a little bit healthier? Looks good.

Re: Fun Brunch Idea - Gourmet_Mom - 01-28-2014

Turkey bacon and whole wheat bread and Egg Beaters might would make it a bit better?

Re: Fun Brunch Idea - cjs - 01-28-2014

Yes,it would...

Re: Fun Brunch Idea - Mare749 - 01-28-2014

Daphne, have you found a brand of turkey bacon that actually tastes good?

Re: Fun Brunch Idea - Gourmet_Mom - 01-28-2014

Maryann, we had some recently, but I can't remember the brand. It wasn't bad. The pack I have right now is Gwaltny, I think. I'll let you know. I thought I'd fry some up for our wraps tonight.

The only turkey bacon we like is Oscar Meyer. Sometimes Costco has it in bulk and I just bring it home and rewrap it into portions of 5 strips each.

Re: Fun Brunch Idea - Gourmet_Mom - 01-28-2014

Okay, I think the last batch that was okay must have been Gwaltney. Tonight was Butterball and sucks!

I'll be looking for Oscar Meyer now! Thanks, Denise!
