Tuesday's Dinner 3/25/14?? - cjs - 03-25-2014 What's on the menu for today?? I'm making tacos today (didn't have them yesterday) I did get the onions pickled yesterday and I add blue cheese today. Taco Tuesday was a big hit at our house!! I think you could use any Mexican shredded beef recipe and use in this taco from 300 Best Taco recipes.
