Wednesday's Dinner 3/26/14?? - cjs - 03-26-2014 What's on the menu for all today?? I'm going outside the box this a.m. - a mid-week champagne brunch! I have basil and caviar l/o from Allison's visit that has to be used, so we're giving these two dishes a try. Swet Miso Corn Cakes with Basil-Parsley Pesto (using cashews instead of pine nuts -it's wonderful!!) I am making Cristina Ferrare's silky marinara sauce (I think the pat of butter is the silky part) to go over some beef ravioli bought from this fantastic Italian market.
