Baked Hoisin Sauce Chicken Wings - cjs - 04-01-2014 What a winner this one is! Oh my Lord, are these tasty!! Daphne, I apologize for not testing for crispiness, but the marinade was so good, I just had to keep basting, even while I was broiling and of course, that hinders the crisping. With this flavor and maybe a little Sriracha added next time, I think I will have a perfect Asian-inspired wing recipe.
