I'm coming up on testing and the CRAZY time of the year. I'll be doing good to survive the next month! But this summer I'll be in!

Just for that, I'm definately going to pick a birthday dinner. I will post it by the weekend. Since time is an important factor, I will keep the menu light and easy.
