Nothing too exciting here - freezer diving. Norwegian meatballs, and I'll make some mashed potatoes and a salad.

W're grilling too, but there's no respirator required.
Tonight it's Bourbon Brown Sugar Grilled Chicken. I'll serve it with grilled asparagus and rice pilaf.

I had some leftover grilled chicken, so made a Chinese Chicken salad. We also grilled some eggplant for an appy, topped with a bit of provolone. Watermelon for dessert.
