You use flour tortillas instead of toast, and you use salsa, guac, etc. as some of the condiments. I also think you put refried beans on one of the tortillas. It's a new recipe for us, but the reviews were stellar, so I'm looking forward to it. I'll serve it with some potato salad and marinated vegetables that we have leftover from the 4th. Don't know what was wrong with the pizza dough (it was my cheap & dirty Sourdough from Pizza, Pizza, Pizza) - maybe in the freezer too long. Turned out to be a cracker crust, which Roy dearly loved!
