Today, my mom made the Pioneer Woman's Summer Chicken Salad. WOW! Great stuff!

I have loved everything I've cooked of hers. Of course I have take the recipes and scale them way down as I don't need to feed 8
Her meatloaf is off the hook good!

I'm not a big fan of dill, so my mom used less than specified and it was perfect for me.
