What's on the menu for everyone?

I have a chicken to do something with - can't make up my mind whether to break it down and cram some of it in the freezer or cook the whole thing and just have leftovers......decisions. But, a little potato salad leftover, so that's a good thng.

Well, I got out of cooking yesterday... We went to Dairy Queen!

So back on the menu is Chow Mein. It's cooler today, so cooking inside won't be so bad

Well since I harvested 2 large fennel bulbs and about 2lbs of potatoes I'm going to make Crispy Cream Braised Potatoes and Fennel

And I gotta say typing fennel is very difficult for me. I keep wanting to add that second L!

Oh my goodness! I want some!!!!

I'm wanting burritos! The Chile Colorado Burritos were so good, but I can't get those made today. I could go with Lab's recipe, but it's pretty involved for a day I have a lot to do. Decisions, decisions!

Denise that is just wrong . . . I have got to have that now . . . . it would be wonderful with the leftover lamb. Oh heck . . . Oh heck that would be good with anything. Bob may have to go to the store. Thanks for sharing that!

Dinner is going to be breakfast sausage with a side of cheesecake pancakes.

I am trying to clean out the fridge before we head out on Thursday and just found everything I need for grilled chicken pitas.

Seriously: This does sound good and I've been wanting to try actual fennel and not just the seeds (it just wasn't available in Honduras). Publix had some nice-looking fennel the last time I was in there and I was pondering how I might try them. This cinches it!
