Labs or someone! - cjs - 09-22-2014

Somehow I got logged out of Group recipes and I've sent msg. after msg. to

info@grouprcipes.com

and gotten no response and the site won't let me log in!

And, this time I'm using the correct username - champagnetime.

Getting really frustrating.

Since you're logged in (I'm assuming) can you post a msg??

Jean PM your pw again. I think we went thru this about 6 months ago. I can't find my emails on it.

we did! And, I can't remember what I was or wasn't doing....

It's pretty well hidden, but THIS is the password-recovery page.

Go to that page, click "Forgot your stuff?" click on "Password," then enter your email address and click "Retrieve."

Let me know if that works.

I tried again and I'm still waiting for a response.

Thanks everyone.

One other thing I noticed: they have a bug in their login such that it SAYS you've entered the wrong information but actually DOES log you in (if you did enter it correctly). Always check the upper-right corner to see if it is still asking for you to log in or already does have your name.

Oh for heaven's sakes!! This is getting ridiculous! Thanks Labs.

Re: Labs or someone! - cjs - 09-24-2014

Nope, did not show I was logged in. And, I have yet to hear back anything.

Jean try this - (510) 595-2002 Interesting the tech support is based out of CA but the site is registered to another domain in Australia.
