Think Feta vinaigrette........................

It was tasty, but not as good as the bacon vinaigrette.
From Cuisine at Home's Sandwiches & Salads cook book
Feta Vinaigrette
1/2 cup each of olive oil and white wine vinegar
3oz crumbled feta
2 Tbsp. each shallots & honey
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Juice of half a lemon
Whisk all the ingredients together
Black pepper to taste

The next time I make the Steak au Poivre salad w/ bacon vinaigrette I'll top it w/ feta. Great idea Labs.
