Saw this offered for $.99 yesterday and grabbed it. What a great little book -
"The Southern Foodie: 100 Places to Eat in the South Before You Die (and the Recipes That Made Them Famous) by Chris Chamberlain
What a fun read and what could be more perfect for me right now given where we are. The states he talks about are:

I've got sausage left from my gumbo, so the first recipe I'll be making is Red Beans and Rice with Sausage from Lasyone's Meat Pie Restaurant, Natchitoches, LA
