I made stuffed poblanos with chicken, rice, salsa, and cheddar cheese. They totally hit the spot, so I'm feeling pretty satisfied right now... I was craving Carbonara...........so, I dibs and dabs of different pastas and added peas and some Louisiana Spicy Smoked Sausage. Man, was it good.
