What's on the menu for everyone today??

We should have nice weather - colder than h*ll, but sunny, so I think I'll be able to grill my chicken and potatoes. Simple, but one of our favorites.

Has anyone heard of Moore's Buffalo wing Sauce?? Jim Downey (of the wonderful grilled onion with Tony C's creole seasoning) sent me a note about it - mixed with butter on wings. He said his family went thru an entire bottle this past weekend! So, Roy's on a search.

I am finally making that kielbasa/potato/onion skillet dish but subbing cabbage for spinach.

Who knew until this weekend that Tony hates spinach?

I use Frank's Hot Sauce with butter. When I do my Buffalo Chicken salad, I grill chicken tenders with S & P and granulated Garlic. When they are almost done, I brush with the some of the sauce. Served on a bed of lettuce dressed with Blue Cheese Dressing (We are liking Ken's Reduced Fat these days.) and a sprinkle of extra Blue Cheese, we enjoy a great meal! Actually, this may be dinner tonight.

Let us know if you like this brand of hot sauce.

I baste chicken with buffalo sauce when grilling all the time! Oh it's wonderful. Now about that onion recipe I want to do those tonight. (**drools**)

Thanks for the mention of buffalo sauce. We love grilled buffalo chicken sandwiches with lettuce and bleu cheese dressing.

Used to use Crystal with butter. Now use Sriracha with butter.

How cold is it, Jean? We sure had a dramatic change overnight. Yesterday was so warm that all we needed was a light jacket. This morning we woke up to snow and cold!

So, no cooking for me today. We are going out for dinner to celebrate our anniversary, but haven't decided where we are going just yet. I want to go downtown to the Horseshoe Casino first to see the holiday decorations before they take them down, so we'll start there. Ron is off today so we can go play.
