What's on the menu for everyone today??

Leftovers here - the other half of the Stromboli and another apple slaw with the C@H Sweet Creamy Horseradish dressing. (by the way, the recipe calls for heavy cream, but I used regular milk and it is fine)

Trying to get rid of stuff in the freezer and fridge still. I have a bunch of ground beef I need to use up.

So either meatloaf, gravy, and mashed potatoes... or meatballs, gravy, and mashed potatoes...

Found a great way to try out the pesto gouda cheese I bought from TJ's. Though I am subbing italian sausage for the chicken and adding mushrooms.

Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad is in the plan, but things could change.

How far in advance to you think I could prep a home made Stromboli?

Could it be frozen? I'm thinking along the lines of Lasagna here. Yeah, it could be done, right?
