Wanted to have Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo, but Wegs was out of fresh fettuccini so I'm making Chicken Cacciatore over Angel Hair pasta.
Good comfort food on a cold and rainy day.

Ooohhh, Monterey melts are big out here - obviously! Will have to put these on the menu soon. Gosh, I say that a lot!

I like the idea of combining the shredded cheese and jalapenos. Haven't had a grilled cheese for a while.
Great game yesterday!! and very nice dinner - man, that aji Amarillo sauce is hot!! But, the flavor is so good, you just keep enjoying it anyway.
