O.K., dinner's over and I'm a happy camper again. The rise, crumb and taste of the crust was what it should be. I've been playing with dough recipes for a 2nd book, but scr*w it, I'm staying with my tried and true and just update some of the sauces and toppings. So tired of knocking my head against a wall.
