I have the other bowl of BBQ Pasta salad to go with grilled chix thighs.

Checking out a new recipe - Sherry Braised Beef Short Ribs. The last time I made beef short ribs was with a C@H recipe - Moroccan style short ribs. Man! The spices in that recipe - cumin, coriander, cinnamon, etc - kept us up until almost midnight! Never again!

Lol! Barbara my wife made that awile back, over the top spiciness.

Today CA is making the Andouille & Sweet potato frittata, I'm making a side of asparagus.

Oh man Blane!! There was not enough wine to get us sleepy enough to go to bed!! I was just watching an anon looking at the Island Pork Tenderloin review and thought, ooo, pork! So I looked at the recipe and guess what? Yep! Cumin, coriander, and cinnamon!! No thanks!!

I'm just going to continue copying Blane and CA. Chicken with proscuitto and a creamy mushroom sauce over angel hair, and a side of asparagus. LOL.

Except, Blane, where do I find that recipe?

Trixxee the recipe is from issue #38.

I remember that you said it makes a lotta frittata , we'll half the recipe.

Just got a taste in my mouth for Buffalo Chicken - I'm going to marinate the thighs in buff sauce and then grill. maybe sprinkle them with blue cheese crumbles.......yeah, sounds good.
