The last time I made beef short ribs was with a C@H recipe - Moroccan style short ribs. Man! The spices in that recipe - cumin, coriander, cinnamon, etc - kept us up until almost midnight! There was not enough wine to get us sleepy enough to go to bed!! I was just watching an anon looking at the Island Pork Tenderloin review and thought, ooo, pork! So I looked at the recipe and guess what? Yep! Cumin, coriander, and cinnamon!! No thanks!!
