Re: Wednesday's Dinner, 4/22/15?? - Trixxee - 04-22-2015 I *think* I am making that one pan skillet dish I posted a while back - with kielbasa, red potatoes, onions, and cabbage (original recipe called for spinach) and you toss it all with an apple cider/brown sugar/mustard mixture. We got cold and rainy weather back, so I decided comfort food was in order. We're having patty melts and a chopped veggie salad on the side to keep it at least partially healthy.
