We're off for a day of fun in the big city, so no cooking today.

Technically I am off the hook I think because Tony will probably not return home from San Diego until around 7:00pm and he will have stopped somewhere by then and Michael has leftover chicken and rice.
All that said I still have to eat! LOL. I don't know what to make. Maybe salmon with an orange vinaigrette and a cucumber/tomato/avocado chopped salad.

We are going to have some ribs that I took out of the freezer. (already done) So, I'll warm those up with some more sauce. Grilled veggies on the side.

Had a lot of broccoli in the fridge and needed to put it to use, so just made some Broccoli Cheese Soup.

I think tonight I'll grill some thick chops and Derek and I will sit out back and relax. It's been 3 difficult days. Time to get things back to normal.
