Ooops, almost forgot! What's on the menu for everyone today?

Grilled chix thighs here - maybe a C@H grilling book chix that we liked a while back and pineapple rice.

Freezer diving - found some brisket we smoked a few weeks ago. Not exactly sure what to do with it. Maybe tacos.

Chicken yesterday was a two pack, so today I'm boiling the other one for pastry and chicken salad. Butter beans or green beans will serve as sides.

Lunch is going to be a pork belly burger and dinner is going to be BBQ baby back ribs with corn on the cob.

Jean, this link is one that you shared before, an anon was looking at it.
It looks so delicious!

That's great news Daphne!

I'm making Confetti Pasta and the Arugula salad with Shallot Vinaigrette.
