What's on the menu today for everyone??
I have some beautiful tomatoes that need to be used, so I think I'll just make a simple sauce for pasta. Keep it simple and easy.
P.S. Crabapple pie is delicious!!!

We (Ron) grilled some cod that I seasoned with olive oil and Tony Chacherre's Creole seasoning. Delicious! I sauteed baby spinach and made fried rice to go with. Dessert was a Giant Eagle Mango fruit pop, my latest favorite dessert.

I still have that chicken curry, but haven't made it yet. I like hot, but when you say hot, Labs, I wonder if it's too hot for me.

Yes, Jean, it's a frozen fruit bar that comes in several flavors, 6 bars in a pack. On sale this week 2/$5, low cal and made with real fruit.

Don't know what happened to me yesterday? Anyway, a delay in dinner plans reduced me to Chinese Take Out.
