What's on the menu for everyone today??
Whew! Don arrived with his cooler loaded again! It's going to be a weekend.
He brought oysters, so we'll eat those first and serve with one of the following to use the Enoki mushrooms he also brought -
Mushroom Torta
Potato, Mushroom & Chicken Hash
Sake-Glazed Halibut (YES! He brought 2 beautiful pkgs.) with Enoki Mushrooms
Mushroom & Bacon Quesadillas
Bacon-Wrapped Enoki

That all sounds so delicious and amazing, Jean, except maybe the oysters. Just not a fan unless they are deep-fried and hot.
So what do the doggies eat? 
We're between games here, so I'm making cookies and pizzelle's. For dinner I put some western ribs in the crockpot that Ron will finish on the grill later. Haven't figured out the sides yet.

I think I got lost this weekend? We had our burgers and dogs for dinner.

We made Pioneer Woman's white chicken enchiladas. They were very good, but next time I would add some garlic to the white sauce. Didn't even make any sides, unless a side of strawberry margaritas count.
