Chicken wings and a broccoli salad.
I created a rather long review of the tenderloin recipe on my word program....I cannot figure out how to copy and paste. I will have to do a shorter version later because I am in the middle of making dinner. It seems as though there is a time out when posting these messages if one is a little long winded

Coincidentally I am having chicken wings for lunch!
For dinner I am making this Chipotle knock-off barbacoa. My best friend has made it several times and says it's really good. I may wind up going to Chipotle for some guacamole though.

No wings here....John doesn't like bones in his food, in general. Isn't that crazy!?!?
We're doing a bourbon chicken stir fry with brown basmati rice and broccoli.
