We're having yesterday's dinner - Honey Dijon (w/curry) baked chicken and coconut rice with peas. and, sourdough flatbread

Not sure yet. But today I'm going to challenge the grocery store for my Thanksgiving fixings.....wish me luck

Roxanne - I can't believe how fast my two extractions healed. Luckily no need for implants since they are my wisdom teeth but I didn't have an implant done about 7 years ago - such a piece of cake after the extraction. Husband is in the midst of two of them though.

Well, I pulled some marinara from the freezer, and I have some Italian sausage links. Can go one of two ways - just spaghetti with a grilled sausage on the side, or sausage and pepper sandwiches.

Breakfast for dinner here. Pear and almond crostatas for dessert. Using an Asian pear this time.

Not flashy, but sure was a nice subtle curry coconut flavored dinner.
